Are you deep into business remodeling?

Many of us are wondering, when will business restart, resume or be restored to full capacity. What will it look like?  What needs to be readjusted, resolved and reprioritized to move toward positive results… and will that be possible? Here are some things to consider.

Rethink

  1. Cashflow and float
  2. Your Supply Chain, materials, suppliers and services
  3. Customer loyalty, retention and acquisition
  4. Customer demand and ability to consume your services
  5. Customer cashflow
  6. Keeping your WFH staff engaged for the long term

Replenish

  1. Staff confidence, business objectives and focus
  2. Reestablish supplier capabilities and delivery schedules
  3. Confirm operating cash and liquidity
  4. Material availability, lead and lag times

Reprioritize

  1. Product and services
  2. Visionary outcomes
  3. Marketing and sales
  4. Streamline operational priorities
  5. Reduce or remove non-essential functions

Resolve

  1. Work with realistic business expectations
  2. Communicate updates to staff, partners and affiliates
  3. Communicate, internally and externally, progress challenges
  4. Bumps in business resumption and staff will occur

Restart

  1. Execute your 30-60-90-day recovery plan
  2. Value based outcomes

Revise and refine

  1. The 30-60-90 day plan is a rolling tactical and strategic plan
  2. Commitment to change is essential
  3. Your leadership for change is not optional

If you know of anyone who can receive help from this approach, let's connect and have a conversation. Get an alternative perspective where outcomes outweigh methods by focusing on value.
